The explosive device was activated in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica, said Deputy Police Commander for the North region of Kosovo Veton Eljšani.
The explosion occurred near the facility where vehicle registration and transfer from Serbian to local “RSK” plates are carried out. Eljšani said that it was probably a hand grenade, reports RTS.
The detonation, which took place last night, caused material damage to the buildings.
